Admission and Withdrawal


  1. Children are admitted to different classes, only by the School Management
  2. At the time of admission, the parent or guardian must furnish a certificate giving satisfactory evidence of the date of birth of the
  3. The date of birth given at the time of admission cannot be changed at a later date
  4. A student seeking admission from outside Karnataka State Standard II and higher classes of the school should submit transfer certificate duly countersigned by the education officers of the respective states who control the schools in which the student was studying earlier, endorsing that the migration has been permit Otherwise such students will not be admitted to the school. The Management reserves the right to specify the class to which a student is to be admitted, in the light of such qualifying test as may be prescribed by the school.
  5. Application for admission from parents of children for all classes other than the lowest pre-primary class will not be considered unless accompanied by the latest Transfer Certificate and Progress Report from the school last attendance.
  6. When a proper application is received from the parent/guardian for a transfer certificate, it will be issued only after all the fees dues are cleared.
  7. Parents/Guardians are requested not to send students infected with Measles, Mumps, Chickenpox and other infectious diseases to the school till they are free from such inf When a student is free from infection he/she should produce a medical certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner stating specifically that the student is free from infection and his/her attending the school will not be injurious to the health of the other students in the school.
